What you want is either Blackstaff Academy or New Olamn both have plenty of knowledge of the past and magic. They might know something about this strange somebody voice.

Indeed! New Olamn is a bardic college. I know man who teaches there I’m sure he’d be happy to help us! Blackstaff Academy is harder to get into, they're a bit snobby those welps, but they are knowledgeable.
